Lads. This is gonna be crap, we all know it.

But can we please take a minute or two to appreciate Jack Grealish?
On the pitch he's great and whatever, technically gifted, we all know it, no point discussing.
Off the pitch, however - he's charitable, cares for people with disabilities, top lad.

He is also very, very dim.

So, he had a small interview with talksport.
To save you a click, as the rest of the interview says nothing and is crap journalism, I give you the highlight of the article, said with all the eloquence of a 2nd grader going to the zoo for the first time.
Speaking to talkSPORT, Manchester City superstar Grealish revealed what greeted him upon arrival in the Middle East as he explained how welcome the 26-man squad had been made.

“We all got given flowers,” he said. “I haven’t put them in a vase yet.

“There was a camel and that as well, I got on the camel’s back, there was a bird, I don’t know what bird it was.

“The camel fully stood up, I was so high, I was scared.

“I got on it but I didn’t think it would go as high as it did because I didn’t realise how big it would be and when it stood up it was so big.”

Maybe Infantino will regret this but then again the way FIFA works probably not ?‍♂️

He might be desperately justifying FIFA's decision to give it to Qatar but he's right on the hypocrisy of western political and media critics too.

Let's hear the British media criticising from now on UK trade deals with Qatar. Let the UK offer those migrant workers jobs in the UK or shelter here like they did the Ukrainians.

It wont happen, and Infantino's remarks gains traction right there.

A highlight of the speech was that he stated he knows what it feels like to be discriminated against because he had red hair and freckles and was bullied at school ?

His overarching point was correct, however.

FIFA are corrupt. Qatar is a cess pit. But the western critics are hypocrites.

I absolutely cannot fathom that speech at all by Infantino.

Which one of his advisors gave him the green light for that?

Justifies discrimination by reflecting on him getting bullied as a child because he was Ginger? ?

Justifying the homophobia, slave driving, and racism by slurring the west for their past actions. Calling the west Hypocrites, despite it being actions of our ancestors and accepting their actions were wrong.

The end line of “I don’t need to defend Qatar, because I defend football”… is the most Blatter like comment I’ve heard, it’s also greatly hypocritical, because he spent the previous 3-4 minutes defending Qatar.

It’s been a disaster full stop, but to come out with comments like this? Well, it works doesn’t it? All you have to do is watch the Netflix documentary to see the Loyalty Africa and Caribbean had for Blatter.

What a bizarre speech and human being.

However, he lives in Qatar full time lol is anyone really surprised he defends them!?
