Would you pay £24m for Lukaku?

What is the maximum you'd pay for Rom?

His signiature would be highly symbolical too.

It really would mean we have taken a leap forward as a club.

I know what you mean but the reality is with all this extra tv money plus don't forget the 30M+ we brought in from recent sales the money should be there and waiting for such a deal.

West brom are spending 10M, Sunderland 14M on striker additions, were hardly breaking current day boundaries price wise but non the less the quality of the addition (lukaku) would be a welcome leap to our previous striker signings we'v been forced to make!

If it is done, I think it gives a clue to who else is signing.....big name players going to a club not in in the CL want assurances that other quality players are in-bound.

Not say this is 100% legit but it could be

If its happening of course it does
Other players want to see ambition and want reassurances of we're the club are trying to get to and plus what other calibre of player is coming. Its still a huge Big "if" that we sign him.

I'm so excited about a spine to the team of Stones - McCarthy - Barkley - Lukaku

All already fantastic players with the potential to keep improving
