Relegation will be devastating on a level that those who voted for it don't realise.

We would not return to the top flight any time soon, and would probably have to put Bramley-Moore on hold.

We are a Sland waiting to happen.

The championship appears to be a very competitive league and I'm not confident that the present team would be able to survive there.

Burnley and Sheffield United are running away with it, that's the level we're talking about. Norwich have won it twice recently. If we changed ownership, board and manager we could easily come back up.

Being a bit more serious, I think this is the season we go. We're following a well trod pattern by the likes of Villa and Sunderland of circling the drain.

In terms of status and financial realities staying in the Premier League is OBVIOUSLY preferable.

But if we go i'll still support them. It won't be the end of the world, life goes on. We'll come back. Sooner rather than later I hope.

Football exists beyond the PL mate. Watching Everton win is the best thing, it doesn't matter if it's against Brighton or Birmingham City.
Everton to be relagated would be devastating first time in over 70 odd years never mind the financial cost , fans living in the city to the humiliation , beating liverpool in the prem and beating Preston in div 1 doesn’t even come close mate

It's football mate, you're meant to enjoy it.

Also, we literally have a song about not caring about what a certain set of people think.

This is not humiliation?
