As in the title, would you prefer us to get relegated or stay up. Some pros and cons below for both

Relegation
Pros
- Gives time and opportunity to rebuild the team without the pressure of the prem
- Best stadium in Championship

Cons
- will likely lose our best assets

Stay up
Pros
- Keep Premier League status, making it more likely to attract bigger players
- More revenue from staying in the prem

Cons
- will likely struggle again next season unless serious changes are made
- bad for my (and possibly your) health

Liquadation option please.

Burnley and Sheffield United are running away with it, that's the level we're talking about. Norwich have won it twice recently. If we changed ownership, board and manager we could easily come back up.
Exactly, with the change.
Present set up would struggle I think.

I have always had a soft spot for Everton, and being a Leeds fan your problems directly involve my club as well but..

... there is no good side to relegation none at all, and anyone who thinks otherwise is delusional, if you go down you will be the big fish and everyone will up their game against you, there is no guarantee you will immediately come back up, you will lose players, money, international fans will walk away, the new stadium won't happen and you will be left with nothing but memories.

We spent 16 years out of the Premier league and if it wasn't for the owner taking a chance on Bielsa we would still be there now.

You might struggle now but you are struggling in the Prem, you honestly don't want to be struggling in the championship, a notoriously difficult league to get out of going upwards but bloody easy to get out going down.

If you think it's a good idea to go down and reset you are wrong.

Trust me on this.

The FL will be rubbing their hands in glee at the thought of making an example out of us with their FFP rules.

There is not one positive point about going down. To suggest their is, is mind boggling.

No matter parachute payments, manager, new stadium, whatever big clubs not guaranteed to come back straight away. Sunderland.

could not understand any fan who would perfer everton to go down under a mad illusion that we will come back up. there is a real chance we would remain down for decades. struggle and stay up by far the better option. survive until the clouds clear.
Of course it is but something just has to change.

If we went down and smashed the Championship at least that would be entertaining. The reality could be quite different and I’d be fearing what would be the fate of Bramley Moor
