He offered more to Everton than Danny Ings did to Liverpool.
Southampton would have loaned him if given the chance, Liverpool told them no, he stays unless they pay £20m.
We need to get better at shifting players - loaning them out isn't enough. Mirallas, Williams and now Bolasie. All 3 would have been prime panic buys to teams struggling in January.
Middlesbrough won't sign him permanently - as we saw with Besic.

A loan with a premise to buy at £20m seems a fair deal.
The currency we are getting is the joy of seeing the back of such an awful footballer.
That is the best form of currency.
He is also 5 or so years younger and not on 100k a week.
