Well it will allow us to pay the wages of 2 players at the very least.

Sure we wont be able to replace him for 5m, but it will allow us use that 5m and invest into other players, lets say we get 5m a year for him, we could sign somebody for 25m or so, then use that 5m a year to pay for him. Its about removing a useless player and replacing him with a decent 1.

Potential is something that 18 - 20 yr olds have, not 29 yr old failures.

Loaning him out for a season means his actual value will be lower hence a better profit made via ffp if we sold him next summer, is that how it works?

His value is at a real low atm, we are stockpiled with young wingers who could be more useful imo. Need to get rid of mirallas as well and then decide if we need another.

Personally I would like that, but having lookman, vlasic, Sandro and Dowell competing with Walcott is probably enough if we're not in Europe.
