Less technique than Lennon, but quicker and more direct. Better than Wright-Phillips ever was. Walcott is a weird one as I don't know what he does - I don't think Wenger does either.

He's not terrible, but in a normal market he'd be a £12m-ish punt. I actually think Everton fans in general will love him, just because he's so quick and powerful and combines that with a work ethic. But I think he'll frustrate more often than impress.

He's a better left wing option than anything we currently have, but surely there's others in world football for that price who would be twice as good as Bolasie, so comparing him to donkeys like Mirallas and Niasse is irrelevant.

I like Mirallas so I will be made up with this guy then

Without a doubt. The same could be said of the Stones fee, and Liverpool have just paid £25m for a bloke that spent ten months hiding at Newcastle in a relegation season. It's silly season all round. Too much money involved.

Whilst not the big marquee signing a lot of us were hoping for, he's wearing our shirt now so he gets my support. Welcome Yala, lar!

On a side note, just reading Twitter, it's encouraging to see all the positive comments and well wishes from Palace fans. A lot of them seem to rate him highly not just as a player, but as a person.

Also, the combined pace and strength of him, Del, Rom and Ross going forward should be enjoyable to watch... Not so much for the opposition defence

He will fit in just nicely here and if Rom stays he will bag over twenty goals with the space this boy will create for him. Pace we have now is scary, Bolasie has some nice dribbling skill too and covers the defence well. No doubt this signing will work out for us.
