He was very good in 14/15, but didn't kick on (for a variety of reasons) last term. Some of those reasons were his own faults/limitations, others not so much.

Think he'll prove good for us.

Fair or not he will be judged, by us and the broader football watching public, by his impact on the team and that is most easily understood with goals and assists.

If you're going to judge him solely on that though then you need to give your head a wobble.

Yes, they are key, but equally so if only goals and assists counted Pienaar's impact on the team would have been minimal, yet he was one of our most important players for years.
