Yannick Bolasie

He's no Del when it comes to putting in crosses, that's for sure.

And I am not saying that based on what he did today.....today's performance was pretty typical of the way he played for Palace over the years.

(Except when he played against us, of course.....he always turned it on at Goodison in a Palace shirt )

I didn't watch the game today K as I was in work but managed to listen to it and it sounded like he had a quiet game but what he did do was get us up the pitch a few times in the space of about 5 seconds.

Every player has poor games but sounded like he still put the graft in. Hopefully he settles in quickly and we'll and I'm sure he's happy that he played half an hour last week and 75 minutes this week and we've won both ( plus the league cup game! )

He was utter tosh today, same with a few others for me, Rom, Ross, Superkev, they all had their brief moments but simply not good enough.

Winning while playing like utter crap is the new winning.
Its also the old winning, we won ugly under every manager in our history I suspect, Koeman has had 4 competitive games so far, and not lost, looking good whilst winning can come later.

As for this guy, seems a crazy signing but if he can learn to slow down at the right times and ping some good crosses in and he works with and for the team then he will be well worth the money... Suspect he may be a bit pants though if I am honest.

I didn't think he had a particularly poor game Mac, he just drifted in an out if it and looked incredibly awkward half the time he was on the ball.

Which is pretty much the way he played any time I watched Palace on TV.

I thought it a strange signing at the time and I am not expecting much from Bolasie at all if I'm honest with you.

As the Goat says, he will have five great games a season.

But IMO the rest of the time he will be largely anonymous like he was today :(

I pretty much agree with all this, unfortunately

yep I don't think he will be a world beater either K but I reckon there will be games where we walk away from the game thinking "that was worth the dollar for what he done today". Last week he laid 2 on a plate and this week nowt. I think away from home is where this kid will weave his magic

Yes, I forgot about that.

Two gilt edged chances squandered after some excellent work from Bo.
