Wasn't expecting much from him to be honest, look back over his career & he's an average player. That's what we're seeing. An average player with loads of pace. Like a Sterling or a Lennon.

I'd say both Lennon & Sterling were fast ...........and average. Didn't say he played similar to them just that he's got pace and he's average, just like them. Read through what I said.

He's been given the very difficult job of acting as the runner/foil for Lukaku - one that he didn't do at Palace to my knowledge. He deserves to be cut some slack in that regard.

Thought he didn't do to bad second half in a position that is his natural position ,
Bit early to be slagging him off as not to good , I think he will end up a good signing in the long run

He's matched his assists from Crystal Palace Last season now hasn't he?

Didn't see the game today but on the highlights the flick looked like good work.

I like him so far, not 28 million, but he's decent enough (to help improve the squad)

If he was bought 5 seasons ago and was already here...lets say in place of Kev....and was a squad option alongside Deulo and Lennon then I couldn't mind him so much. But we spent good money to add more inconsistent forward play, with perhaps better crossing and strengthening, on top of the already inconsistent attackers we have. For that reason I don't like this signing at all.

I'll come around if we move on Lennon and maybe Kev soon and he becomes an outlet to pass to, or a sub option/plan b for, our future boss playmaker(s).

Three assists. Creates chances (and very good ones every game). Should really have had 6/7 assists as he has set up some absolute sitters that haven't been converted. What more do you want?

Seven appearances so far in the league. Frustrating at times but overall been good.
