Remember when Arteta did this, he was out for about 15 months if memory serves, and had lost what pace he had when he came back.

Jags recovered fine.

As did RVN and The Stroot

But yes, theres plenty more examples of it destroying people, its 1 of the worst injuries a footballer can get.

I think for a player who's game is based on his pace,sadly it isn't looking good.
