I hope this is not our "marque" signing for the summer. Although £30million is hardly big money this window, considering the silly money flying in and out of Manchester these days. Could have bought a small country for the price of those two teams!

Okay, here are his stats and minutes etc.

This is from 15/16, in all comps. In 14/15, just for clarity, he got 4 goals and 11 assists, playing 35 games in all and accumulation 2,849 minutes.

- Bolasie: Goals 6, Assists 6 (GAMES: 31) (Minutes:2,364)

- Mirallas: Goals 6, Assists 3 (GAMES: 30) (Minutes: 1,342)

- Del: Goals 4, Assists 13 (GAMES: 33) (Minutes: 1,835)

- Lennon: Goals 6, Assists 2 (GAMES 31) (Minutes: 2,056)

So, he had more minutes on the pitch than our wingers, overall having a second-best impact.

However, obviously had Kev or Del had more minutes, there impact may have been higher.

In Bolasie's favour, in terms of assists at least, he was supplying the likes of Connor Wickham, Adebayor and Gayle (any tosh strikers that I've missed, and played as many games as a forward himself last term as he did on the wing). Had he been linking up with Lukaku, Barkley etc, his figures would probably be higher.

Overall, definitely not worth a record fee, but to heck with it - if he signs I think he'll have a positive effect. Depends on how the system Koeman wants to play works...
