From what I've seen of Bolassie, he looks very useful. He has pace, can take players on and plays as a genuine winger.
However, the majority of football afficiandos on here tell me he's crap.
Tough luck Yannick, you've been tried, judged and sentenced by these Evertonians before you've even had your medical.
Welcome to Goodison.

I like the cut of your jilbb young sir. Well said.

I think he'll improve us. Means we've got four wingers now - two for the right, two for the left.

Good options, especially with no Europe to distract us, so fitness should never be an excuse this season.

If we get him, along with Williams and Kone, i'll be quite happy with our transfer business so far. Another striker and a first choice keeper and i'll think we have a good squad that, set up by a manager who knows what defending is, could really have a good dig at the the top six and the cups.

For a first season with a new manager, I think that would be a fair return.
Bound to win games with 13 players on the pitch!lol

Ok chaps, I've gone full whopper and done the math and can now provide you all with statistical analysis which proves that Bolasie is in-fact better than all our wingers (in one category at least). All hail our new superstar.

Stats are purely from their time in the premier league and do not include any cup competitions domestic or european. The average rating is taken from whoscored.com

You might as well compare Bolasie to Bolton Wanderers creators, last season we were awful bar about two months. Compare him with a team who finished in the top 5 or something, not a team that were dog shhhh

Look, I think we are playing well over the odds.

But if Ronald thinks he is the right man for the team who am I to argue.

I will give the lad a fair crack of the whip.

If nothing else it looks like he may give us some entertainment. Which compared to the boring drivel under the Spanish tit is an absolute god send.

Looking at the match report for the Palace vs. Southampton game last season, Palace won 1-0 and Bolasie had a MOTM performance. I wonder if that is where this is coming from?

It's all looking very LFC, isn't it? Paying silly money for clumsy rubbish.

At least Liverpool buy YOUNG clumsy rubbish so when they fail they can still trick some desperate mid-table side to take them off their hands at a modest loss. If Bolasie was 23 he would still have real sell-known value... even in this market we would be lucky to get £10m after a flop

£30m is a huge fee, whether you agree with it our not it is definitely a 'statement' for us to break or transfer record. And we've done it on a decent player, not a quality one.
So its you who is saying its our statement signing? But how do you know it is when its blantely not our last signing?! Mate with all due respect your hysterical and need to think about what you're saying.... It's beggars belief

That is a very selective quote. Most of the Palace forums are a) pleased with the price , b) think Townsend is an upgrade and c) wish Bolasie all the best but that's football.
He usually makes my jaw drop when he beats four defenders and welts it into the crowd.
Give to us straight. We've been had, haven't we? Is there an upside?
