Problem is if we have to make our own money on asset management (of players) and we buy players that have no sell on value we will be in big troubles in 3 or 4 years with an old squad not worth much and in need of new players.... in3 years Wijnaldum and Mane could be worth the same while Bolaise has turned 30... not a good corner to turn for a player all about pace...

You're clearly taking the piss here as I'm not being hysterical, simply pointing out that this lad isn't a top player but we're breaking our transfer record for him.

There is some comfort there tbf. Maybe he can polish him into a diamond. Certainly doesn't look a 30 million player atm.

If the price is closer to the 22 million mark I'll feel a lot better about this. Can't help think though that of all the positions that need strengthening, wingers were not my immediate concern.

But if he turns over the RS again I won't be complaining...

Bolasie has nearly always played on the left for Palace, he can cross with his left foot no problem.

Just watch out if your are sat in row Z if he cuts in on his right
