How much did they buy Markovic for? Come on, Bolasie is in his prime, got the skills, he's rapid and he's showed he can do it in the prem. He might not be everyones ideal signing but he'll improve our team and if he can be more consistent in a better team he might prove to be a really good addition. An upgrade on McGeady/Osman/Pienaar etc

I think we're adding a few 'solid premier league performers' to the squad before trying to land 1 or 2 more ambitious targets near the deadline.

God you make me feel old! There were Everton forums around well before Kilbane signed.

Blueview forum was the place to be in 1997.

If I remember rightly most were excited about McFadden (the Scottish Rooney), meh about Kilbane, looking forward to Jeffers coming back and not arsed about Martyn (just cover for Richard Wright)
