I'm not a fan of Bolasie, I admit.

But those crosses you mention were boss.
He didn't even try and go past his man completely, he got enough room and banged it in.
A proper centre forward would have got onto at least one of them.
**cue andy carrol or similar

just how BFS plays his football

The power and pace is still here.

Just need more matches to get his fitness up.
He mentioned on his Instagram account that he wished yesterday to have had an extra 10% sharpness, so he's realistic of where he's at.

Think he played well yesterday overall as his pace, movement (sometimes directness) and ability to cross a ball challenged their back line.

Even when he was starting to tire, which was blatantly obvious, he continued to put a shift in right until the end; he certainly has the motivation!

I dunno what game you was watching, maybe a crystal palace game from a few years ago on skysports footballing years 2011/2012 or something??

its not showing off either, he's trying to confuse his opponent, which worked 9 times out of ten lastnight, it seems he's confusing more than his oppo too lol

If you have the pace to beat a man, anything else is showing off for the sake of it.

If he was aware of his teammates as much as the cameras on him he wouldn't be as infuriating. An average game last night doesn't change my opinion just because it was against that shower.

ok mate

I've watched him 3 times now and he's lost pace, he does not move away from players like he did.

I'm hoping some of that yard that is missing will come back as he gets fitter and has more matches.

Did well last night he was an outlet. Whether he will ever be what he was we don't know but his attitude is spot on. So I wish him all the best that he gets sharpness back in the next few months.
