I have neither the talent nor the patience to make a proper, Indian class curry.

Mrs R did once, it took an age, but was absolutely perfect.

I'm very much into cooking atm. Not much else to do since this Covid 19 stuff. Trying out a lot of recipes, spending the best part of a Saturday in the kitchen.

As for Indian Curry, sadly it's not that common over here as it in the UK. It's my fave cuisine since I got introduced it while on holiday in England.

Think it came out pretty good. Roasted potatoes, red wine reduction with the gravy.

What is that? Looks like you’ve got 3 cans of mini hotdog sausages piled onto that plate.
