Any like slow cooked meat (or veg) dish. Well we have some Dutch ovens but yeah, that kind of thing.
Hmmmm, let me think and chat with my ma and I will get back to you. Traditional Colombian food can be more complicated to make than just slow cook meals, for those I use american recipes that I'm happy to share. Colombian food can actually be a pain in the butt to make, lots of prepping, adding ingredients at different times, or cooking them separately then adding them together. Moreover, some of the ingredients may not be as easy to find things like green plantain, yucca root, papa criollas (small yellow potato), plantain leaves etc. Nonetheless, let me think of a recipe that may work for you.

Hi @coollino hope your beginning of the week is going well.

I found a couple of Colombian recipes that can be slow cooked and don't have too many complex ingredients. Cassava or yucca root is similar to potatoes, here in the US one can find it on the fresh produce or we also find them at mexican grocery stores in the frozen section. Here are the links.

While searching I also found other recipes for slow cooked Latin food. I may check some of these out.

He is brown bread, fortunately

Collard greens... I want to make them for my wife, any tips?I think they come from the same area-ish
Sorry Noisy, I meant to send this recipe a few days ago. This is a good one, I have made it a few times and the collard greens always come up delicious. You can either use ham hock or if you want a milder flavor the smoke turkey also works well.

I usually served them with sweet potato mash and slow cooked shredded pork for a full meal.

Oh yes!
I might start a recipe thread.
Thank you
