After a few days of negotiations, the deal is finally closed. Youssef Chermiti has accepted Everton's proposal and will officially move to the Premier League in the coming days. According to zerozero, the young Portuguese international, with Tunisian roots, accepted, this Saturday, the contract proposal presented by Everton and the agreement between the three parties is completely closed, so the change to the Premier League will be made very soon. brief. It should be remembered that Sporting and the English had already reached an agreement for the transfer of the 19-year-old player on the 31st of July, as our portal had previously reported, for 15 million euros, plus goals , leaving still the lions with 10% of a gain on a future transfer. However, an agreement between the player and Everton had yet to be reached, something that ended up being achieved after the negotiations this Saturday, after Chermiti and his representatives had refused the first approaches of the English. It now remains to know the details of this new agreement, but the move to England and the officialization of the deal are now expected in the coming days.

Well spotted.

We really need sales now:

Maupay
Gray
Gbamin
Gomes
Holgate
Keane/Godfrey
Iwobi

Sell as many as possible to bring in funds for new signings. Dragging on now, Thelwell has to get things moving.

zat zat zat you can’t SELL what nobody wants to BUY
Other than Gray, who is at least decent with a side of "turns the ball over on the regular by blazing shots over the bar," it's a putrid list of prospective outgoings. We might recover something for Holgate, but we would be hard pressed to get the dip to go with the bag of chips/crisps for the rest.

Aint going to happen, we go again with pretty much what we have got. Would be OK if DCL could stay fit.

I can see Gray and one of Keane/Godfrey/Iwobi happening in an attempt to get one more incoming. Beyond that, best we can probably hope for is a few loans in and out

Sporting signed Gyokeres, and our letting us buy this guy from them for a similar fee, when he is levels below Gyokeres.

We should have signed Diaz from Blackburn or Gyokeres when the opportunity was there.

I’ll happily be proved wrong, but this reeks of a typical garbage Everton signing like Maupay.
