So...they'll sell him for half the fee we offered as long as it's a champions league club etc.

Honestly no idea mate but the gap between what the Palace Chairman thinks he's worth and how much under that figure he will actually go for has only grown since August.
Between £45m & £60m is my best guess.
Many on here will have their own opinions as to what he may be worth.

Will be interesting to see if we are back in for him at the same fee or if Iwobi is the alternative.

Is he actually 'that' good over a season to be worth these big numbers? I know the media rate him but is it more of a case that he stands out a lot being your main focal point -- which (like sigurdsson) shows in his stats?

In short, do you think if he joined Everton he would push us into the top 6 ?

Not on his own. A front three of Bernard, Richarlison & Zaha would be pretty frightening but you (imo) need a CB, a DM and a consistently fit & motivated Siggy.

For us, i think we need a CM, the DM would be Gbamin when fit (although i think we should buy a monster who can play both positions like Doucoure).

CB i think is also needed but lets see how Holgate does...good hes getting game time. If we sign someone it needs to be a star there.

Sigurdsson i would happily offer to palace :)

Zaha i wonder if hes another bolasie, all tricks and no end product.
