Because I honestly felt we had improved the starting xi in 4 positions. Why didn't you think it was a disapointing window?
To this day I don't think another club in the league did that.

I never said immensely. My point is clear, most people on this very forum were somewhere between dissatisfied to angry on the Summers transfer window (I wasn't but accept I was in the minority) yet with Martinez' squad and a 'disappointing' window he has bettered our last 20 league games by 9 points in his first 20 league games.
So what did West Brom do today then ? Back to their normal ways I've heard
Fair point on UTD. I like Williams and our leading assister.Man Utd?
A wet sponge would have been an upgrade on Howard. The improvement at centre half and on the wing was negligible.
So what has this all been about? And I agree with you especially as I'm in the even small minority in saying Koeman would get us 7th with Martinez's squad at the start of the season (go hit the vaults)
Yeah fair enough I'd forgot about that don't blame me do ya hahaStruggle against a top side away from home...like we do (see Chelsea)
Barkley has seem to take the criticism on board don't heMy 2p.
I feel comfortable that we have a competent manager. One who has his flaws, (who hasnt), but the laser like dissection of his every word to either prove or disprove a stance is not for me.
Said it from day one, he is a difficult bloke to warm to, but I am pretty relaxed with a bloke like him coaching, and managing EFC. The fact that Moshiri agrees with me by lobbing a few bob around, I also like.
If he upsets a few players? Meh. Grow up. It means the ones he plays knows he wants them to play. That makes a winning team.

Exactly. It's the weakest of weak arguments to criticise him for (potentially) upsetting the players. If they were or are playing to the standard he expects he wouldn't criticise them? His rule is, perform to a level befitting our great club and fine, but fail him and Evertonians then expect a tounge lashing. I like that about him, despite being neutral on him.My 2p.

Yeah ok. Because finishing above Spurs and UTD is the same to Everton as finishing above the clubs you mention.[/QUOTE
The point is we finished 5thbecause we deserved it, we finished 11 th because we deserved it. Don't decry a finish that was well deserved, sounds very bitter and childish
