Not everyone can get a ticket.Tele clapping
If it's revenue for the club, would be fine by me.

but Matty has about 30-40 years left by my reckoning.
Also named after Nelson Mandela so cable tie yourselves to that hippies!
Definitely should and hopefully will. The only issue would/would have been if the land had been sold or determined to not be for sale. Excited to follow any progress on this, hopefully it's deep into discussions already.I did say if they had anything about them they’d buy up the adjacent waterfront. Stop others getting it and press our advantage in that location.
I think there was talk that the capacity could be increased with safe standing areas originally, but the way the roof has been constructed I don`t think it would be an easy job to expand the size of any side of the ground.I'm sure when the original plans came out, things where left to easily expand original stands. Could be wrong like but not usually![]()
Can only extend stand to the south it’s keeping options openDefinitely should and hopefully will. The only issue would/would have been if the land had been sold or determined to not be for sale. Excited to follow any progress on this, hopefully it's deep into discussions already.
The Friedkin group are in negotiations with Peel Ports about buying Nelson Dock, but would they allow another dock to be filled in ?Definitely should and hopefully will. Think there already is a cruise terminal in Liverpool.I'm not a fan of that park idea in between BMD and the princes dock, this is an area which has huge potential - overly ambitious for a cruise departure and terminal? Why does everyone have to go all the way to Southampton?
Of course provide some greenery and ensure partial pieces of the docks are kept like with what the stadium has done.
Parks won't create jobs and tourism.
Yes, quite famously so.Think there already is a cruise terminal in Liverpool.
Whatever they build will need to be low level as to not impact the view back to the city from the South Stand level 02. Having worked on the stadium for 4 years, there is a fair bit of wildlife in Nelson Dock as it is more freshwater linked into the canal systems, so there'll be an obstacle to getting approval to infill. The Nelson Dock quays are wide enough currently to make use of the land in some form whether it's parking or just quayside bars and restaurants. From a business POV ideally you'd like to keep the fans back after the game to spend money in your own establishments rather than them heading back into town. The Friedkin group are in negotiations with Peel Ports about buying Nelson Dock, but would they allow another dock to be filled in ?
They might want to preserve it for future heritage, although i think Everton would want to build a hotel on the reclaimed land
No it wasn't.Also named after Nelson Mandela so cable tie yourselves to that hippies!
Of course it was, next you'll be telling us that Bramley Moore Dock wasn't named after the Irish Poet Thomas Moore and his love of apples. No it wasn't.
