Just look at the figures for PL players, Maguire from Hull 17 million, Arnautovic is going to be north of 30 million if he goes. He tried to buy players but left Bill and Bob in charge of negotiations and they messed up as normal.
They done the same in January till RK had a word and the Morgan deal was done.
