£75 for a 7/8 year old? Disgraceful.

The price of kids kits is ridiculous these days and it's not just an Everton problem but a modern football problem unfortunately, it just makes it harder for a parent trying to get their kids supporting their team when you can't afford to buy them the kit especially with their name and number on them, my oldest lad would rather go to boxing than watch football so that might save me a few quid atleast :)

Get the full kit for £13 off dhgate, absolutely no different to the ones in the shops.

i follow accy stanley and they give away free shirts to kids in the community as part of a long term strategy to attract fans.

Apologies.

I wasn't talking about season tickets though, in any way. It's the cost of the kits for a 7/8 year old who will likely never get to enjoy the benefits of a season ticket. I couldn't care less what other clubs charge - they are no bench mark.

*disclaimer*, the price is ridiculous and I wouldn't pay it..... however

mate, what other clubs charge is the exact definition of bench mark, that's literally what it means

Hope this isn't another one of those tiresome 'wool' comments. We couldn't afford a season ticket even if we lived next to the ground.
£75 for a 7/8 year old, particularly considering it's £40 for a 6/7 year old, is ridiculous.

Also, regarding the club 'having to make money somewhere' - fine, but not off kids ay?

It's literal meaning is a mark made on a wall or building by a surveyor for use as a reference point, but I take your point! :)

However, I wouldn't compare what Huddersfield would expect to charge fans with what the likes of Chelsea probably do.

Also, a club could take a stand and not follow the herd and had the 7/8 year old kit been around £50 - which is more than reasonable for a child kit - I would have purchased it.
