You are forgetting the fact that the Tories scaremongered voters by claiming a Labour/SNP partnership would be bad for Britain, that won the Tory's their majority, they were banging that one home to the masses for 2 months.

Without the SNP, the conservatives would have been out.

I do apologise, I can't reply to all of you, for I lack the willpower to type 8 replies. I know many of you will feel seriously let-down and disappointed.

What if you fell on hard times, were ill? or had a family member with a housing problem (caused by divorce for example, possibly at no fault) - don't you think that there should be a properly funded safety net and provision? Otherwise you end up with a situation similar to what exists in India, China or Brazil where without the ability to fund yourself you have nothing - is that what you really want?

I think you're looking at one extreme and automatically assuming another 5 years of a Conservative government is going to lead us to it.

The UK already has more than adequate provisions in place, should issues like this arise.

It wasnt just the Scottish seats they won it was the ones in England that were lost by labour to the tory and media bogeyman snp spin,
give the tory party there due they played it brilliantly , after watching snp supporters abuse everbody , including the pm , and to be frank the gloating of a party that lost the independent vote , for most of the last year, a lot in England were fed up with them and as I say the tories played it well.
