Wolves have Arsenal and Villa
Leicester have Spurs and Everton
Ipswich have Liverpool and Southampton
Southampton have Newcastle and Ipswich

Would be nice beginning Feb 7-8 points clear of relegation with 14 games left.

Great set of results for us today. Need to keep picking up wins and put some daylight between us and the rest.

I want us to slip out of the conversation and leave Wolves and Ipswich fighting over 17th.

They can focus on overtaking each other.

Hopefully that’ll take their eye off us and when we play them (and Leicester, for that matter) it’ll feel less like a game against us is a six-pointer.

I want us to be just a team above them that they think might present a tough game - not the team they desperately need to catch.

We possibly need only 11 more points to be ok. I think Leicester are down with Southampton and one of Ipswich or Wolves might get to 30 points or more but not both of them - might depend on if they can get reinforcements in this window.

Just really need start getting some wins esp that leicester game, this week can be massive hopefully bring in a player or two. Then hopefully pick up something at brighton with other results going for us, then go back to goodison in a postive mood ready to go all out against leicester. Is time for us to break away from this talk and enjoy the final season at goodison
