2024/25 Relegation Battle (Without Everton!)

Assume you're new to this. Moyes doesn't win big games for us. Never has and never will.
No mate not new at all.

You're right he doesn't win big games away from home but he wins the mediocre and small ones, something the other fella couldn't do.

I could vault myself saying i was disappointed in Moyes coming back BUT he isnt Dyche! For me all this club needed to pull away from relegation was sack Dyche. It really is that simple!

If Moyes went in the summer it wouldn't arse me one bit.

Right now he has got me and many others at the very least looking forward to watching Everton again.

I wouldn't of appointed Moyes but he's here now and at least he is someone we can get behind for now.

Have I missed something here?

We still have a 7 point swing on 2 teams below us. Today doesn’t change that.

I don't think anyone's massively worried just from Leicester winning, just that we didn't want anyone picking up any points to give us the best chance to be fully safe asap.

That and also it probably gives them a boost for next week. Obviously it's on us to take our momentum and get at them.

Agreed he's here for now and I'll support him of course. It's been a pleasant surprise thus far with the two wins. In the summer he has to go though

Think we'll struggle to create with beto replacing dcl. Plus we don't ever make things easy.

Beto needs some crosses to attack. I loved that goal he scored against West Ham last season but more often than not in last ten minutes when he's on it's just hanging diagonals to the backpost for someone like Tarks to get on the end of.

He was also there to score when Young cut it back right at the end of the Fulham game so that's the type of service he needs.

Perhaps O'Brien comes out for Leicester game although would be harsh with how well he's done at RB but different profile needed for this game.
