2024/25 Relegation Thread

They always do this at the start of the season. It’s the best time to play them, and we always have to play them around Christmas time when they click into gear and realise that they can’t mess about throwing stupid points away anymore.

They are far more vulnerable to decent counters and set pieces without Rodri there to intercept.

Hopefully it isn't the usual Goodison surrender against them, think that game is near the end of the season so you never know given what we saw v RS in April.

Yeah. Rico Lewis is a huge weak link for them, he’s so lightweight and can be bullied especially when he moves into the midfield.

There's 3 worse teams in the league than wolves this season
I get some of the teams are bad, but is there? 8 matches and 7 losses 1 draw with the worst goal difference in the league.

I thought they were going to be in trouble last season when they had to sell 100m+ more than they bought and gut the squad, forced to buy Cunha. They did surprisingly well, but then this season they had to sell again, and lost 7 key players in 2 seasons. Their staying up I would say is all based on their recruitment this past summer and how well the bargain signings they did bed in by the end of the year. So far of the 8 outfield players they signed not named Cunha, they have played only 1000 minutes.
