Absolutely agree with this.
The whole point is about making a highly visible protest that the media see and hopefully embarrasses the board (which I very much doubt)!!!!
Dull,mediocre unimaginative and passionless is the board we have at the moment.I think it puts everything into perspective when we are now supposedly looking at Mourinho as the next manager.
Same thing all over again.
Anything that sparks a change gets my vote!!

Unless the majority do it, which they definitely won’t.
It won’t be noticed and just be ridiculed and look embarrassing.
Over the past 20 years any form of protest was always called ‘kopite behaviour’, that has put enough fans off trying to do anything, I can’t see enough doing it to be noticeable.

I honestly struggle to find a decent argument to NOT protest against the way this club is run. Astonished people are satisfied with the way things have been going over the past 20+ years.

The club got LUCKY with a hungry young coach in Moyes, when Kenwright wanted Megson !
It could have been so different this.

My opinions on Moyes changed at the end, but if it wasn’t for him we would be long gone out of the top flight of English football, and I’d even say quite possibly football itself.

No one gives a toss about Everton outside of us supporters. We are there for the numbers and the media etc wouldn’t be arsed in the slightest if we disappeared.

From the same revolutionaries so fed up of the last 27 years they were singing and dancing to spirit of the blues 12 months ago.

Sadly half of these protesters are flakey to say the least and a 5 minute toilet break doesn't change my opinion on that.

I know a lot of the lads involved in this. They’ve been trying to change things at the club for years to no avail.

This isn’t a flash in the pan. It’s years of underperformance and no communication that has brought the fan groups to this. It’s only the start as well, they have plans further down the line.

Coordinated large scale protests outside the ground

I actually like the 27th minute idea but it makes much more of an impact / embarassment to the board if those leaving left completely.

Live on Sky you have a half empty ground

Or

Live on sky 90% return to their seats to clap and cheer

Which makes more impact?

I know people travel and pay money to get to the game but thats a tiny sacrifice a revolutionary must be willing to make if they are serious about their aims - its hardly self immolation or jumping infront of hurdling horses is it!

The no communications thing is 100% the fault of the Blue Union, they killed it stone dead making public what was said in a private meeting being one example, people need to remember that.
After that nothing leaked out from Everton, its was a closed shop, even Moshiri nobody knew about until it happened, rumour was 2 Americans, the lack of communication was something caused. No.wonder no one knows who does what at Everton, in fact I dont think The Echo know either who have been just as guilty for writing anti Everton stuff.

Talk about shooting the messenger? The club has been a basket case of lies and deceit for decades with endless failures but somehow you think it is the fault of those who spoke up? No wonder we're in a mess even after hundreds of millions of investment....

I wont be walking out, I think there are better ways to protest without effecting the team. They have no confidence as it is and need the fans behind them. I ain’t against a protest but this one I am. How about a sit in by the fans after of befor the game. While the game is on we should 100% be behind the team. Just my thoughts

The fans are always 100% behind the team.. this type of thinking is why we are in this mess.
You have accepted that this club is mediocre and getting worse and still willing to accept it. Half of these players are not good enough to be playing for us, nor do they really give a …. Yet you want to back the team that provided the fans with nothing. We scored 2 goals in 2 months we won 1 game in 11 and we are on the worse run in 22 years. The fans have been there EVERY GAME time we stood up and said this not not acceptable before it’s to late

They shat themselves when results changed Tim, they had further protests planned and the results went for us so they immediately backed down from any further action against the board. They were scared about the backlash from match going fans, instead of standing by their principles.

It was quite embarrassing how it went down in the end.

And what did they do about it? Ended lines of communication, one of the things people complain about now..
As for deceit and lies, what about when they were spreading lies about Kenwright saying he wasnt I'll? Or is it ok to lie when they are doing it?
