#27 Years/NSNOW/#AllTogetherNow Fan Campaign

Alright, so he wants to be the face of things - demanding meetings with Moshiri on Twitter, organising secret protests and the likes - but wasn't there when the lot of us tried to take a stand against Arsenal and got laughed at by thousands of others

Support the idea of protests, but wrong people leading it. That's all I'll say.
I don't think it's a state secret that he spends the vast majority of his time these days out of the UK so making the Arsenal game for the 27th minute walkout wasn't feasible for him. Had he been in the UK at the time and at the game, he would definitely have taken part.

Thread ban foreverbore please

I support the right of peaceful protest no issue from me.

However this will do zilch all and everyone deep down knows it.

Until a serious buyer comes along and offers the dough Moshiri won't be selling up (I dont think he has any intention to sell regardless and only wants to sell a small stake).

If he doesn't sell or sack the board what are the #27 lads going to do ? Fly to Monaco and put banners outside his palace ? Burn their season tickets ?

Demanding he only sells to certain people leads to loss of credibility.

You either want him gone or you dont.

You want your cake and you want him to feed you it.
That doesn't make sense.

If the Kenyon bid had succeeded would you have supported it?

To be fair, I never thought it looked like it was going to happen. Why would people protest against something that never happened
Dave himself even said it was pie in the sky.

But if the Kenyon bid had gone through, I would have had to wait and see what they did and judge them on their actions.

It never went past first base cos none of them had 50 quid between them the bunch of clowns.

Just give a critique of it rather than a free pass...which I think in essence was what was given to the Kenyon consortium bid.

...and that's too blunt a message to be weilding.

Demand things that can be met. Achievable things that if aren;t met are utterly damning for the board. Chip away from the outside toward the centre.

Simply telling Moshiri to swing it is unrealistic.

The messaging from the 27 lot is naive and probably harmful to their overall objective.
You are so so out of touch with this David.

In case you have slept for the past 27 years lets just look at the North West clubs
Man city
Man utd
Liverpool.

Now the London clubs
Chelsea
Arsenal
Spurs
West Ham.

Then throw in the odd Leicester.

Most of these clubs shouldnt hold a candle to this club.
Yet we are now on par with Southampton & Brighton.

There is ONLY one common denominator in all this , until that is addressed nothing will EVER change.

To be honest, i don't know who is leading the campaign but I dont think its that important or really care

I would have the same opinion on what changes we need whether or not the 27 campaign was a thing.

I know the ownership and governance is to blame and have to be removed; the only debate is over what strategy is used to get them out.

Overall: I think the stadium build hamstrings any opposition to the owner.

Fans are more scared of losing this stadium or seeing a Valencia happen to it than they're arsed about Kenwright and DBB, PFF and no signings.

I will not criticise them for finally getting the message.

Be inclusive for all. It’s absolutely no use taking a load of bed sheets down to Goodison at the wrong time, and whether they like it or not, creating a greater toxic environment amongst fans.

I don’t understand fans who question it, the reality is, we fell into Lampard last season, when we seemed set to appoint a lunatic manager in Pereira.

He learned quickly the importance of having the fans on board, but it shouldn’t derail the bigger issue and it’s that the board has failed Everton.

When we’re at Goodison I’ll back them, but change needs to happen. My only criticism of the statement is that it wasn’t published the day after Arsenal.

Instead we got left with “judge us at the end of the window”.

As I said David you are so far out of touch with this.
I couldnt give a flying one who the owner is , Moshiri is only the owner by proxy. He is not governing this club.
Its the boardroom that needs axing and the head of that is Kenwright.
He has sold his house and continues to live in it. As for the rest of the board they darent speak out as the saying goes....When the little piggy's heads are in the trough they barely look up to see who's feeding them.

Again
They promised us a strategic review.
Where is it ?
Punting Unsworth & Duncan ?
That should appease the fans.
