Definitely £15m then if that's the case. Find it hard to think of 'top' teams who would spend that on him. Arsenal? Probably not getting first team. Atletico? Not pushing Griezmann or Turan out. He'd be better off staying, especially as the most likely move looks like a sideways one to Spurs.

I think you're right about what we need.

Wingers: I think we need more than two. Lennon and Atsu are not ours, Pienaar is possibly finished (sell him to Moyes?) and McGeady is turd. Even if Mirallas stays, I think we need three in.

The dream would be Yarmolenko (25 years old, just over a year left on his contract) and Deulofeu. If Lennon or Atsu really make a strong case for themselves in the next eight or ten games then one of them stays.

So my £30m goes on:

Alderweireld or Van Dijk;
Yarmolenko, Deulofeu and (for argument's sake) Lennon;
Sigurdsson.

However I would guesstimate Yarmolenko as costing £10m, Deulofeu as £18m and Sigurdsson as £14m.... back to FIFA 15 for more inspiration.

Add Konoplyanka to that list, he's on a free in the summer.

We should be looking for first team quality replacements for Osman and Pienaar, which are long term also. Sigurdsson and Yarmolenko sound perfect as you say, but thats very optimistic.

I think it's interesting that last year Deulofeu was getting pelters from the majority of fans on here for having little end product, not lifting his head up and mostly getting to the byline and smashing it into the side netting.

Now he's the answer to our wing problems. I think he is a player with potential, but we should only be going for him if the price is right, under £10m

Lot's of change due to players retiring, out of contract etc so money will need to be spent wisely.

You can draw a line through Hibbert, Distin, Peinaar as 3 players who shouldn't and probably won't be there next season. Then you need to consider who is good enough to step up from the youth, eg Kenny, Ledson, Galloway or Browning.

A decision over Lennon or Atsu too means a big summer for the club.

I am against these transactions.

It is stupidity to think of 5m for Lennon after one good game - sure he worked hard against Newcastle and created chances but he wasn't the absolute wing-god everyone is making him out to be!

Kaderabek? What's wrong with Coleman? I still have faith in him and it's not his fault Kev's seemingly thrown the toys out of his pram. After last season he's always tightly marked, every time he gets near the ball there's three defenders around him!

Coleman likes to bomb forward, not pass around like some half-assed Barcelona wannabe so it stands to reason that he doesn't play his best anyway. The lad needs a chance to get back into form.

Also, what about Browning? What we've seen has been encouraging enough.
