Even with the 10 points we stay up. The 3 who were bottom prior to this charade will remain those 3. Still think we'll finish 10th. Can't wait to see how hard City get bummed.

They're audited accounts mate. If they don't hold weight, they're fraudulent.

Again, it's about allowing the losses or not. Nothing to do with 'proving' them but up to the league to deem what passes and what doesn't.

It would be like clean athletes backing an appeal of an athlete who had admitted taking PED's.

The likelihood is that instead of backing us other clubs may well be looking at suing us for damages.

because the bigger issue is no one can break the top 6 unless you have dirty oil money

looks like the club did some stupid financing crap but for me the argument is about the punishment for this.
It all seems like a fine and suspended points deduction would have been appropriate and no one would have batted an eye.

Of course it is a disgrace that we get a deduction while Man City and Chelsea skate. However we will not be relegated. The Man It's game will be ferocious.

That's not entirely the case though. The league have said that there is no allegation of dishonesty. The books are audited. It's the ruling to allow certain things in and out. Hence why the argument from the club was £9mill over...and the league argued £19mill.

We're not talking £100mills here

I bet you if they ragged other clubs through the same coals, they'd find very similar arguements..
