I'm not sure why City's case requires every single misdemeanour to be fully covered. Surely the obvious/glaring ones can be handled while the others are worked on. As a strained analogy: they don't normally wait for every victim of a suspected serial killer to be identified before arresting the suspect.... normally one is enough to see them in court. How do you possibly amass 115 violations before proceedings are brought?

It signs off transfers dealings. The point being is that if they knew about our finances (the previous years accounts were far more eye watering) they should've implemented something sooner rather than "work" with the club.

To come out at the time and say we were compliant when other clubs were threatening to sue means they were closer to the financials than you'd expect.

Basically they were the passenger not flagging up to the driver they're about to crash.
