Feel free mateJust nicked this for my avatra if thats OK?
A fine and a one window ban won't harm us.
That's what it should have been all the time.
yea coz he wouldn't talk out of his arse at allI’d rather Donald Trump represented the club at that hearing over that glorified bricklayer
Great post mate. We’ve been punished enough by the regulations in ways people don’t even recognise.
Never forget how close we were twice to the oblivion of relegation. Many factors contributed to that but it’s impossible to look past being forced to sell James Richarlison Digne Gordon Gueye and replace them with cheap players and loans as a massive reason for this.
The only reason this occurred is because we were trying to comply with the regulations. Whilst the top 6 could just spend to an unlimited budget we sacrificed any opportunity at sporting success in order to comply.
We’ve been punished more than enough already by the regulations which in effect have cost us Ancelotti as a manager, all those players listed above, and put stringent limits on FIVE transfer windows already which will probably end up being 7 by the time we’re back in compliance. A paltry fine is about all I would begrudgingly accept as ‘fair’, any points deduction at all is an utter disgrace and there’d be absolutely no logical basis for a transfer ban either. Clubs should be punished for P&S violations by being limited in what they can spend in future windows and we’ve done that for three consecutive seasons now.
We’ve absolutely decimated the club trying to comply with a set of guidelines that serve no purpose whatsoever and still it’s not enough for them and they want to punish us further.
Honestly what even is the crime? A sporting advantage? The entire league is set up for the benefit of 6 teams who have every advantage possible to them yet despite us spending huge amounts less than all of them we somehow tried to gain a sporting advantage?
This ruling if upheld is the death knell for the premier league, the mist has been removed and finally people can see what I’ve always known: the PL see the other 14 clubs as cannon fodder to just sit there quietly and take their beatings predictably, if one gets out of line they’ll absolutely decimate them, they can’t afford their golden carriage to be rocked one bit.
Let's have it right too.
A ten point penalty costs us money too. It's a double penalty.
Way more than that.Let's have it right too.

Think you missed the irony in my post and sarcasm at how little I feel in confidence in Chong mateyea coz he wouldn't talk out of his arse at all
His representation would be full of measured and well thought out verifiable facts
That's unfair but I believe that Peter Lorimer and Ralph Coates are available.I wonder who chooses the independent panel to hear our appeal? Maybe the PL can make it a bit more obvious this time, the Leeds and Burnley ceos for starters.
fair enough lolThink you missed the irony in my post and sarcasm at how little I feel in confidence in Chong mate
I logged in especially just to like this post. Well said, spot on.We’ve been punished enough by the regulations in ways people don’t even recognise.
