Its not just a points deduction either.
The difference between 14th and second bottom is £11million.

Only at the of the season is it. However an appeal goes, we will have max of 10 points taken, as it stands. Reduced to 5 or 6 or 7? No one has a clue. So the known situation is the 10. Work on that premise for now. As for placement cash, personally, could not give a flying one.

The irony is if we where still in 14th, is that Luton,Forest/Toon result etc would have been good as we could have gone 10th with a win - yet been us, it totally swings the way we didnt need or want

Yep i would take 4th bottom and wouldnt be bothered about the money myself if things remain as they are.I was just mentioning the money coz points deductions and fines are are being talked about as punishments and i havent seen anyone mention the difference in prize money between 11th and 19th. Of course we have the rest of the season to rectify this but as it stands we are in the relegation zone and £11m down. Its two punishments not one.
