Yes, it would. But it's unlikely and we risk endangering our PL existence even more by opening these players up to injury with more non-PL games.

I would say that given the fact winning the cup involves a max of just 4 more games then I'd say go for it.. kock the FA cup on the head if we must.

I think that’s where the confusion lies.

That's confusing too, what the hell has the panel got to do with no mark clubs wanting to sue us. Shouldn't the clubs just sue us and we see them in court? It's all baffling mate.

That isn't true it is a different panel.

To sit on the appeals panel experts need an extra 5 years of experience.

We should have flown a plane over Goodison and dropped 40,000 "Premier League = Corrupt" leaflets over the stadium at the 10-minute mark, turning the pitch into a tickertape blizzard a la the River Plate Stadium 1978.

My idea was to get the PL commission report, shred it and ticker tape the ground with it.

It gets worse…the PL were in secret discussions with the aggrieved clubs back in March and it was agreed that if an independent commission found Everton guilty of PSR breaches they could sue but that info was embargoed until the Commission made their decision.
David Phillips KC was involved in the March meetings and also on the Commission…so much for independence.
