Yup. On form this season we should be in or around the top 10 so hopefully we can pick up enough points to be comfortably above the bottom 3 by the end of the season.

I haven't checked all the stats, but I think the current bottom three in total probably have fewer points than in most other years.

Was a bit in the Times a a week or so ago suggesting we are not out of the woods and could easily incur another points deduction because any breach will now be dealt with during that season (hence why accounts have to be submitted by 31st December).

Can’t think we’re the only ones very close to breaching. Chelsea have spent nearly £1bn in the last two years without CL football never mind Forest

I know im being idealistic mate. But at what point does the market - i.e. us say, its topped out we don't want it, we wont support it.

I mean watching a game 100 times of us VS City - where we might draw 1 and win 1 out of 100 - isn't entertainment or competitive sport.

What does a 6 billion deal, really mean for me and you ..........nothing.....just a load of billionaire owners increasing the value of an investment.

At what point does the PL eat itself.

I just find it curious - i was around for the old First Div and early PL - this PL is the most uncompetitive i ever remember and the league most influenced by external factors - its not competitive sport anymore.

I often think of people who dont remember before the PL and do they think this is the way it always has been, will be and just accept it.

There were many years where it was only 2 teams in it. Man United and Arsenal, Man United and Chelsea, Man United and Blackburn, Man United and the rs etc. The Premier League was designed to be uncompetitive and screw over the Football League clubs. In . my mind the only thing that would reset football is to go back to the tv money being split 92 ways
