I think with a lot of these things the appeal is almost baked in - the more I look at the judgement the more I see a bit of wiggle room on things they have / haven't included as aggravations or mitigations, think they've sought to take it to the maximum extent in the knowledge that an appeal will knock it down a bit.
Not saying it's all scripted in advance but I think the PL are getting what they want at this point in time in terms of shock value, both as a warning to clubs and a message to the government but I do expect a reduction in the final sanction to something more proportionate. I think the reaction from the broader (non-Evertonian) football world tells you they've gone too hard.

Sometimes I think Football is just the pantomime of todays age lol and we unfortunately play the part of the clown.
Aggravating factor of miss-representing the loan interest etc etc. Being in administration is open and shut case I guess. Pathetic thing is administration has a bigger impact on lives and livelihoods that a dispute over accounting treatment.I think that is by far the most ludicrous part of today.
