Even if the second charge is scrapped, I’m not happy at all with the outcome. I don’t want Forest getting a deduction either. It’s not good for the sport.
They deserve a 3 point deduction for singing "you cheating basta**s you know what you are"

Nor me. No point penalty of any kind is acceptable for a financial breach that had nothing to do with the manager, players and supporters. He doesn’t speak for me.
Nice review. Thanks! All of it is irrelevant.
Ultimately the only thing which comes to it is the fact they overspent.
From reading the report, Masters stance that a point was worth 5 points has been clearly rejected.
So the punishment seems to be measured at breaching the rules, not by how much.
I doubt we will ever find out what the true nature of the breach was now, I think we may accept it and move on.Still think it's an absolute joke we've any deduction given the mitigating circumstances....
Also surely this means that forest will surely be hit with 6 pounts too?
Would anyone be surprised if we got another 6 resulting in the 12 the prem originally wanted?
Hopefully we follow spurs lead and take it further, it took them two appeals but they got all theirs back
The only way i would be ''''''''''happy''''''''''' with this absolute crock of bleep is if they have heard something on the sly about the second charge being void due to using 2 of the years already punished.
Not that I expect they will, I am fully expecting another six.
If I was a Forest fan I'd be very, very concerned now.Can anyone clarify the model/precedent now then?
A breach = points deduction.
How have they now said they work out the number?
£19.5m over = 6 points?
So if Forest are say... £40m over. Is it 12 points?

I can't help but feel that maybe the PL will ask for no points deduction for the second charge after maybe reaching an agreement with the club.
You are highlighting the corner that the PL have potentially backed itself into, GOT...Can anyone clarify the model/precedent now then?
