6 + 2 Point Deductions

Even if the second charge is scrapped, I’m not happy at all with the outcome. I don’t want Forest getting a deduction either. It’s not good for the sport.

Anyone know how much we were over for the next charge we are due. I would imagine considering that the statement seems to be pleased with this result, that we have not breached by as much on this occasion.

Ultimately the only thing which comes to it is the fact they overspent.

From reading the report, Masters stance that a point was worth 5 points has been clearly rejected.

So the punishment seems to be measured at breaching the rules, not by how much.

The 2nd charge relates to 2 out of 3 years for the 1st charge?. So we may get just 2 points deduction?. And forest would get potentially 6?.

Also surely this means that forest will surely be hit with 6 pounts too?

Would anyone be surprised if we got another 6 resulting in the 12 the prem originally wanted?

Hopefully we follow spurs lead and take it further, it took them two appeals but they got all theirs back

I doubt we will ever find out what the true nature of the breach was now, I think we may accept it and move on.
I can't help but feel that maybe the PL will ask for no points deduction for the second charge after maybe reaching an agreement with the club.

I wonder if part of the reason for the wording of our statement is because someone at the PL has had a word and said something like "we're probably going to have to give you a fine or something on the next one, but that's it, so take this one on the chin and when we re-write the rules at the end of the season that'll be the end of it"?

If I was a Forest fan I'd be very, very concerned now.

As an Everton fan I'm currently just very concerned.
