So on par with Esk then?I am not mate.
Just the matchbox maths I did earlier.
Total nonsense, with no basis in reality.

Wait 'til next week when Arthur Daley's Jag's seen on Goodison Road with Terry at the wheel!Only Mosh & Bill could enter in to negotiations with a buyer who’s essentially skint
Happy Days
Perhaps in the end. I don’t thin anyone is buying us until PL status is confirmed for another season.
I dont get this at all, this insistance that everyone is somehow entitled to know everything that goes on in the club, and that they should somehow bow to the whims of people who choose whether or not to spend their money on them. Yes, the fans are important, to any team, but at the end of the day, its a business and we are customers. This constant demand for "communicashun" is tiresome, and is mostly driven by the likes of Ped and Toffee TV, who have a business that relies on Everton content. Therefore they have an agenda. Each to their own mate.
But if he was way off the mark over the finances, why wouldn't they want or ask for a retraction and apology ?
Dont you have a podcast with him?Highly unlikely.

Of course they want to know whats happening, because then they talk about it and charge idiots to listen to them stutter their way through live streams or basic pronunciation (Im just glad we didnt sign that "Innyatcho").
How many other businesses come out and tell everyone whats going on in the inner workings of the business, including rivals btw, because there is, as yet, no way of providing "communicashun" to fans without everyone knowing
We might be badly run, but some of these people, driven largely by their own selfish needs and interests, need to understand that we are owed nothing from the club, especially just so these people can then peddle their own smug authority for social media likes and subscriptions.

Ooh aah baron.True. Maybe I look at this stuff through the prism of my old life. (Commercial property).
I own (ish) a semi detatched, 3 bed cottage in a highly desirable little corner of the UK. It needs some decorative work. New kitchen most likely.
But it sits on a plot of land that could easily cope with 3 large new builds, or one absolutely massive one. Time aint right atm, but owning it could unlock the potential for the rest of plot. A mini Liverpool Waters if you like.
Thats the thinking, I think.

The fruit ones are the best, although I wouldn't refuse an orange one if that was offeredFinding it hard to believe Moshiri sits down with a cupa tea and a orange club and listens to Esks Pod...anyway back on Topic.

I've just gone through the last couple of pages, and I think this sums up the feelings of most of us...Finding it hard to believe Moshiri sits down with a cupa tea and a orange club and listens to Esks Pod...anyway back on Topic.

TBF, anyone who knows the history of this club knows that there's always been a healthy situation where the rank and file hold the board of the club to account, going right back to when the club was first formed into a ltd liability company. It didn't start with fans being viewed as consumers and then demanding information in the era of the internet.I dont get this at all, this insistance that everyone is somehow entitled to know everything that goes on in the club, and that they should somehow bow to the whims of people who choose whether or not to spend their money on them.
