Yes in an administration you are likely to lose all your assets.
That means players and stadia.
The only benefit is if a new buyer comes in and buys Everton as a going concern and does a deal with the creditors

The only real money in football is being in the Prem. You could get a new owner who takes that approach by looking at the teams who have gone into the Championship and bounced back the next season,or a realist who looks at Derby County, Sunderland etc.
