You have to wonder about this multi club strategy...I know that in the short term perhaps it is easier to make money between transfers of players between clubs that you own, but I am wondering if those guys don't have long term ambition to own enough clubs to create their own super league.

If they could start it now we'd at least have some hope for a top 6 spot.

Presumably no change until all is signed off but 777 will have some sort of say behind closed doors. Presumably all the loans etc are keeping everything going until the takeover is complete.

Doesn't PIF have investments tied to boehly as well? They definitely are being backed by an entity with some financial clout , im perplexed on how this is being funded because 777 don't have the finacial clout on their own
