Surely there must be other interested parties apart from 777. Yes the club is in a mess but if the correct people could turn the clubs fortunes around it could well be a very good investment long term. I don’t get it 🤷‍♂️

There will be lots of interest, if Moshiri drops his price mate. The obstacle at the moment is Moshiris price. No one sensible, is willing to give him what 777 will, but they likely don’t have the funds to pay it.

If it falls through the choice for Moshiri is drop your price or the club goes bankrupt and he gets 0.

We have to hope 777 falls through - there will be far better and competent owners/investors in the club if the price drops.

777 will know they won’t have a chance if the price drop, thus want to do it now on the never, never n a heavily structured deal.

The best out come for us is if 777 can’t complete the deal and Moshiri is forced to reduce his price, to something a sensible investor would be interested in.

Dont forget Moshiri now cares not a jot for Everton’s well-being or how a new owner may manage us, his only concern now is the highest return, he doesn’t care if the club is run into the ground by the next owner, once he’s paid and isn’t the owner when the further cash calls for working capital or stadium funding need to be paid.

When they were in the Director's Box last week they looked like they wanted to be anywhere else in the world. Not a smile in sight, almost slumped in their seats just staring forward. It's almost as if they can't believe they're getting the opportunity of a possible foot in the door in one of the biggest sporting moneyspinners (the PL) in the world, holding their breath hoping they don't get found out. They looked like they were at a funeral except I don't think even they would wear a baseball cap with a suit and tie at a funeral.

tbf you could be talking about any Evertonian at last weekends match from 20 minutes onwards such was the dire performance

That 2nd half was about as much fun as attending a funeral.

Totally agree and hope for 777 failing too. The only way Moshiri cares about the football club side of the deal is that he may well be paid more by 777 if we remain as a PL club and start to have a bit more success (not relegation scrap every year). If we get relegated he still gets the instalments on the minimum price negotiated but will be paid more based on PL 'success'.

All this indicates, however, is that 777 will separate the football club from the stadium and won't invest in the football club (which seems to be the problem at the clubs they have 'an interest' in). That way, they get to pay Moshiri the minimum amount possible. It's a bit like the administrators of Wilko saying they're looking to save everything but then agreeing a price for some shops with Poundland and B&M and closing the rest.

777 are business breakers and administrators in all but name.

Find out soon they want it done for december dont they, would like to think moshiri and the club have donr the background checks on them coming to the game. I am sure we will see more come out about the deal, still need the to come out and explain more.

Plus now with the loans they have given the club and msp. With his price for the club and what we have to pay has to put others off and with the case to deal with maybe after that more might come in

How many stadiums have they seperated from their other clubs? Seen Genoa and vasco fans praise them for how they’re turning their clubs around.
