If only Joey.Indian billionaire waiting to pounce allegedly
Yes but the guy that loaned him the money to become a billionaire is persona no gratis. We have a multi billionaire now Joey.
Not really. The restriction of trade stuff (or anti slavery laws as some refer to them) are part and parcel of FIFA & UEFA rules and a condition of participation. There's been a continual push over the last couple of decades to apply it to African, South American and other associations where players at times were just viewed as commodities.Brexit benefit.
The restriction of trade thing might not apply outside the EU now.
Foreigners by the sound of it.

Im around long enough to remember when we were linked to a takeover by the Mittal family who were involved in steel. I think it was just after Cornel Gaddafi and his son were going to take us over.
More or less what I have been hoping for, for some time.
As @Neiler suggests, we (the club) are not alone. We have never been alone.
Anything like them brothers that had Blackburn. Venki or something like that. No thanks.Indian billionaire waiting to pounce allegedly
I’m guessing the asking price has been a major issue. You’d imagine some decent potential owners would come in if the price was right. Established PL club with a good history and a new stadium on the way. Lots to like about that for a buyer.Surely in the footballing world they’re is more buyers!
777 is literally the devil they will ruin this club
Let's hope they come in before we have to sell Poppadominic Calvert Lewin.Indian billionaire waiting to pounce allegedly
Still a chance other bidders are awaiting the FFP verdict, on the assumption that it will arrive before the 777 approval decision giving them time for a late gazump if the verdict comes back favourable.I’m guessing the asking price has been a major issue.
