Yeah... Im thinking about buying a kayak...It's not worth worrying about, it's just a death spiral, let it play out and hopefully at the end we all get to do something else with our weekends.
Standard hedge fund/LBO tactics. It leads to relegation and administration in this case, but if they clear more than they front, they make money. The I-banks that sell the debt make money on the fees. The question is how they could get anyone to buy a debt issue to fund the purchase. That's an obvious sucker bet, given how they're running their other businesses. That's what leads to the suspicions of money laundering.Yes but its how you pay it, up to this point Moshiri has been writeing balnk cheuqes to cover our losses, hes not prepared to that at any more - so hes selling. So we are a significant loss making business, with no way to pay. So when that happens and you have an owner not willing to invest - you sell assets - we have assets they are players - they get sold to meet costs - we stay in business.
The 200 mill (its actually closer 250 mill) for LOR will be gotten on the market in increased debt. The total debt will stand at 3550 -650 mill. 777 will pay themselves big management fees from club coffers for "managing the club".
Asset strip, pay selves handsomely, take on debt, that's the plan.
There's a rich lad from Korea, a Mr Jong-Un. Absolutely loaded the fella and looking for new ways to improve the image of his country. Just so happens that he's currently meeting with an associate of Mr Moshiri as we speak:Second or 3rd time you’ve said this Zat, who is saying there’s Asian interest and from what area of the continent?
Stop blaming this ffs, it isn’t the reason and you damn well know it
The reason we are where we are is because of wild eyed spending and giving average to crap players huge 5/6 figure contracts that they don’t deserve and letting them go for virtually nothing in some cases
Bolasie - £26m, released on a free
Sigurdsson - £45m, released quietly on a free
Klaasen - £25m, sold for £12m
Schneiderlin - £20m, sold for £2m
Iwobi - £34m, sold for £22m
Walcott - £20m, released on a free
Tosun - £20m, released on a free
Maupay - £15m, loaned out
Holgate - given a £72k contract, loaned out
Mina - £28m, released on a free
Count out Holgate being a buttons signing that’s still £233m outlay with only £36m clawed back in sales
Why don’t you ever mention the fact he hired the FSW allowed him to sell what is most likely one of our best ever players, sell the defence and replace them with championship players, nearly lead us to relegation and then replaced the FSW with another manager who was incompetent, this was all Moshiri too but you don’t seem to mention that?Since 2016:
Finished 7th, 8th, 8th, 12th, 10th in 5 of our 7 seasons.
Building a 53k state of the art stadium
Spent £500m+ on players (albeit poorly)
Hired Carlo Ancelotti as manager
Will 777 do any of the above ? Not a chance.
The last 2 seasons have distorted many of our fans opinions on Moshiri. Had Putin not been a tyrant and left Ukraine alone things would be much better for us on/off the field.
Dont let the bedwetters hoodwink you into thinking things cant be worse than what they currently are. This group are the definition of the term "dodgy".
We can take solace in this but let's not forget this is Everton we're talking about. And for good reason.
When 777 was first mentioned, I said it's out of the frying pan into the fire and the time between that has only reaffirmed my view.
I don't think 777 happens, the publicity is mutually beneficial for both 777 and the club. Generally the loudest noise don't invest or takeover.
Sounds like funYeah... Im thinking about buying a kayak...
We'll just be one of those characters from movies who dies off camera.Documentaries will be made about our demise.
Can’t see anyone willing to pay £600mOur owner has put in £830mill. He'll want that back. He's the one that puts a price on the club.
Forbes has us valued at £600mill

Why are 777 getting a bad rep about Sevilla ??
Is it just that ppl want to be angry about everything ??
It’s not, the high wages and transfer fees, the hiring of manager after manager and Moshiri turning the taps off is why we are in trouble because the man is that clueless about how to run a club, hence why the Luvvie club were in power so long with the head snake still slithering around from his apparent ‘death bed’It very well is a big part of the reason.
The stadium costs are not included in FFP calculations. No sanctions to USM/Usmanov means we were never talking to MSP/777 about investment into the club.
