I don’t think any other potential buyers are allowed to come forward while Moshiri has an agreement with 777.
Probably more accurate to suggest that while Moshiri has this (ill-advised) agreement with 777, he doesn't appear interested in considering alternative approaches... and if he's not prepared to accept that his initial decision/preferred buyer was/are flawed beyond any reasonable doubt, then why would other parties make their (ignored/rebuffed) interest known ?

It doesn't appear so Matt... otherwise he should/would have dumped them by now.
It's abundantly clear that they cannot provide the evidence that the PL require re funding hence the PL will not approve them.
The longer this drags on, the more damage it does to the club financially, to the clubs image and reputationally in the eyes of existing and future partners/sponsors etc.
