Bloody hell. We have to hear his side of the story but from what you're saying the programme revealed it sounds like he's going to find himself in one heck of a fight.

At least so far his side is a rehash of “the MSM is out to get me cos I speak truth to power” line.

Obviously there are different burdens of proof to lock someone up. However speaking personally the weight of testimony provided from multiple people, both those that say they were attacked and those the say they witnessed troubling behavior, over a period of years is enough for me to label him a “wrong ‘un“.
 
My mum and dad both worked at EMI in the 60s and 70s, my mum as secretary to the big boss and my dad as a producer.

Probably wise to keep your head down if you’re a bit of a naughty boy not thrust yourself into the public eye. Think he’s taken his approach from the Jimmy Saville playbook.

Always beware the narcissistic sociopath, intelligent and completely lacking in true empathy but smart enough to know how to fake it.
 
Maybe he was smart enough to see this coming years ago so started his MSM agenda in the knowledge his flock of followers would buy into his fantasy that it's just the higher powers out to silence him, rather than he is a dirty sleaze ball that needs locking up.

Funny you say that, about 13 years ago I was working offshore with a lad from London, his brother worked for a paper in Fleet Street (can’t remember which one), and he said his brother had told him that the paper had this huge expose lined up about David Jason which they were going to press with within a couple of weeks. I was working on a tv drama over 20 yeas ago in the Lake District. Always ended up in the bar at the end of the day and talk always turned to who had worked with who. His name was mentioned and the lighting crew had a very low opinion of him, which surprised me at the time. No mention of any innapropreate behaviour, just that he was a massive bell end. I would be gutted if the other stuff turns out to be true.
 

Not surprised at this, its been gossip for years that he doesn't treat women correctly. He sees them as sex objects.

My question is I'm uncomfortable with trial by media again. Shouldn't this be dealt with the courts and a jury. I'm not sticking up for brands but what about the next guy.

The rumours about this guy been going on for years now. I believe if this was true then we would have known by now. He not that untouchable. I think the rumours are only around cos he had a few friends who were charge for child porn. He could have been totally oblivious to this.
