In fairness Mikey it has always been the clubs stance to stay quiet regarding rumours of this type. The one last year regarding Davies/Niasse was much worse but the club kept said nothing.

I'm sure if Marco is asked the question at the next presser (is that today sometime?) he'll give some sort of update. he doesn't seem one to avoid the issue if asked.

Nah you wouldn't risk jeapordising a PL game just for that. That's what pre-season was for.
