Reported.Their beer is overrated too.
Can you provide some evidence of this?We would have finished 7th in Germany too. This idea that it isn't a quality league is laughable. The PL's superiority comes exclusively from the "Big 6" and you may have noticed we aren't a part of that.
He had 4 managers here and he did nothing. The amount of people who use one interview filled with coaching cliche as evidence that our most promising youngster being sold is a good thing is just staggering. If one manager put their arm around him and really gave him the support we'd have a player. Instead RBL's managers who are the ones who did it.
Not one of those managers (it's really 3 Unsworth had what 5 games?) gave him the support and opportunity that RBL did. And people wonder why he was happier there. He had 4 managers here and he did nothing.
I suppose it’s all their collective fault he hasn’t taken his chances?
Money is no measurement of quality at all. It's hard to say for sure but just looking at the players on teams 1-6 in Germany I don't think we could finish above 5 and that's without having a spell of being awful in the middle of the season. Can you provide some evidence of this?
And you’re wrong about outside the top 6. Leicester, us and West Ham are all either spending or have spent upwards of £40m on players. Can the team that finished 7th - 9th in Germany afford that? Money of course isn’t a perfect measurement of quality but it’s a good place to start.
Thought I'd try and last a few pages in the Everton forum, but no, I can read no more.
On the flip side if he’d have worked hard and had a great season we’d be looking at 40m+ for him, so it’s win win. I have no doubt he’d fed silva and brands a load of poo about how he’d work hard and have a good attitude, but for whatever reason it hasn’t worked out. 22m for someone who’s (IMO) not all that impressive anyway is good business.
Silva said one time that he's inconsistent in training so you can just assume those things to be true forever. And how do you know that he hasn’t worked hard and has had a bad attitude?

Because we could have had that cash earlier and used it to invest in a striker last summer and had a player up to speed with Everton and no doubt saving the club the extra cash that strikers will go for this summer...it's an upward spiral in fees and we'll pay more this summer.
Because he's the only player we have that is two footed, pacey, able to go by players at ease, and clever enough to get into the box to both shoot and set up others. Basically he's the only player we have that even resembles the best modern day wingers a little bit and we've thrown that potential away for the "safe" options. I put safe in quotes because Walcott and Bolasie were both used over him because they had more tactical experience only for them to both not track back and cost us goals. Why do you like him so much? Like honestly you’ve got to have only seen him play like 6 times like the rest of us.
That was the effect of us dropping him though. All the other players in that squad got time from their clubs. It’s also worth noting Mr Superstar also got dropped for England U21’s too.
